When the sun breaks through

When the sun breaks through the storm
and the rain clouds dissipate
The lightening and thunder are no more
The rain no longer falling
I think of you.

When the winter becomes spring
The leaves and flowers awake.
And what seemed dead comes to life,
The time when birds sing anew.
I think of you.

Summer rain gives way to warmth,
Snow gives way to green green grass
Seeing all creation in its wonder
In all its power and might
I think of you.

This wonderful green and fertile land
And all that lives upon it
Animals, fish teeming, plants growing
See all the wonders of creation
That's when I think of you.
